Opening Import Template Spreadsheets from MRI Evolution

Existing Import Templates can be opened from the Excel Import Utility.

The Open Template button opens a pop up window with Repository and Document drop downs.

Only Repositories published to the current user will be displayed.

The documents list only displays Excel file types from the chosen Repositories.

On selecting a record and clicking OK:

• The spreadsheet is opened as a new workbook

• Structural Integrity checks are run

• Columns may be created on the left for validation or import messages
